  1. Cut two fleece pieces to the same size (typically 1.5-2 yards each, 60" wide).
  2. Layer pieces with wrong sides together, edges aligned.

  4. Cut fringe strips around all four edges - 1 inch wide, 4-5 inches deep, through both layers.
