All EOVEA orders are cut to order and ship from our Los Angeles warehouse. Here is exactly what to expect.
When your order ships
Orders placed before 1 PM PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, most often 3. Transit time depends on the carrier and your distance from Los Angeles. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Express service is available for orders up to 10 lb. Heavier orders, including full rolls, ship standard. Carrier-calculated USPS and UPS rates may also appear at checkout depending on your address and order weight.
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available yet.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days after delivery. See our Return Policy for conditions and the return process.
